Proseries is crashing on one client. Already filed her federal and home state and was going back to add 2nd state for refund only and when I go to save the return after adding 2nd state to line on federal worksheet, it crashes(8times). When I open file again, 2nd state is added so it saved it before crashing but it will not come up on pending screen in ef center so I can file. I've re installed 2020, done updates. Only thing left is this Microsoft.NET Framework thing but does it make sense it is only happening with this 1 client. Please help if you can. Thank you, immensely.
