Sent partnership tax return for Proseries e signature. Client was asked to enter address, date of birth and last f4 numbers of his SSN. He did so, got in and failed. I was notified, so I voided the e signature and re-sent the request.
Client entered the same information asked first time; address, date of birth, and SSN, before going to the security questions he received a message "couldn't find a match"
Any idea what is happening?? He has one more attempt to "try again"
