Why would MFJ, both emails for e-file Signature Authorization  only allows  spouse for both sigs?

Can you elaborate a bit?  What do you mean by "only allows spouse for both signatures?"  Does this pertain to eSignature?

Both Docs have spouse signature. Primary didn't receive one to sign

Used separate email addresses for Primary and Spouse for a work around.
Still do not know why it wouldn't work normally.

The signature request should go to whatever you enter as the individuals email on the Info tab.  The husband and wife should have unique emails and the system would then forward the electronic signature request to both of them.  I use Intuit's esginature and it has worked extremely well for me.

Never had any trouble before with H/W having same email, just this one.

I've never tried providing the same email for both.  Good to know it's an option.
