Getting an e-file failure with the following message: (14) Your request was not understood by the e-filing
service. - Invalid XML. cvc-type .3.1.3. The Value 'RWMSERVICES,INC.' of element 'senderEmail' is not valid. Please verify that your application is up-to-date.
My firm name is RWM Services, Inc. and I have been e-filing since 2015 and Pro Series efin info says Intuit has verified the EFIN and I'm ready to e-file. Does anyone know what this is? I have never seen this error nor can I find any reference
