Trying to install ProSeries 19 on a workstation and it when I initiate the install after the default location it zips through the install and I get the link to launch but it won't. When I try to open from the desktop it says the shortcut doesn't exist. The shortcut and all other links in the start menu have no actual icons. It appears to not fully install. I am able to install 2018 and 2017 fine. This is a Windows 10 machine version 2004.
