I have been on the phone just waiting for someone to come to the phone and help me.  I have lost a whole day of work.  I need someone to answer the phone or resolve my problem.  Today.  I have appointments and I can not do therm.

 Will no longer let me update.

Yep, I am having the same issue.  Updates available, but I get error codes, which have changed over the months.  We have spent days with support, no solution.  Prior years update with NO issue.  Same issue on all computers.  My IT department keeps finding different workarounds, including shutting off all security software, or closing certain web filters, downloading in safemode - it's a mess.
