If you're not computer savvy, hire an IT person or company.

It is highly unlikely that the data is using significant space.

Uninstalling the programs might free up enough space to meet your needs.

But if you aren't tech savvy I'd hire a pro to do it for you as @dascpa suggested.

Same way you'd delete any data files on the computer. 

I highlight the files in Windows File Explorer and hit the Delete button. Then empty the Windows Recycle Bin
