Foreign Income

Second Request

I have non-resident Canadian as a  US citizen.  How do I report their Canadian pension and Canadian social security benefits?  Reported to them on NR4s, T4A (OAS), T4A(P) forms.  Where do I enter the amounts from these forms?  I know I have to convert to US dollars.

I've entered it the way I think is right.  But, this foreign income should show as "Other Income".  The credit seems to calculate correctly but the foreign income is not  showing up as "other Income".

What am I missing?

Asking twice won't help.

If someone had an answer you would have gotten one.

All I can think of is:

1. You made some data entry error that we can't even contemplate.

2. You're looking at the Sch D wrong.

3. This is a magic combination of numbers unique to your situation causing an error. You will need to have Support look at the file.

P.S. Excluded foreign income is added to other income for determining one's tax bracket for calculating income tax. Maybe that's what you're noticing on the Sch D worksheet.
