Client graduated from college last year and worked for a company in south korea.He did not receive W 2 from company, Im entering income on line 4 of wages worksheet under foreign income. Is this also subject SS tax? He worked in U.S.

If he was an employee of the company, no, it is not subject to US Social Security tax.
Whether it is subject to Social Security tax in the other country, I have no idea.
