I just signed up to use the 5 free esignatures, or at least one of them. I cannot get beyond selecting (and verifying) and seeing the appropriate documents (signature page and tax returns).
I go to the client, go to esignatures, "request", get my client's returns verified, and then I can't get to where I would approve sending the request to the client.
What am I missing?
The program shows I have 5 esignatures available, but I can't use them. The program knows I want to use them.
