New LaCerte Desktop Not Opening

I was on XX0.14 and took the updates yesterday.  They installed and then told me to reboot before running LaCerte.  I rebooted seven times now and get the same message.  I think there is something wrong with the build.  I guess I can always go do a fresh install from the home page (My account) but I don't want anything overwritten.
