I cannot get to the "My Account" on the Intuit/Lacerte website. I've been using the program for many years. Never had this happen before. I dropped out of Lacerte about 10/15/21 then later, decided I wanted to continue it and made a call to do that. Maybe that caused the problem? Anyway, I'm really frustrated. Any ideas?
