You also need the prep files, which you can download from any tax year put each in their own folder e.g. X:/Lacerte/YYtax where X is the drive you work from (C: for standalone) and YY is the year you are going to install such as 10tax for 2010. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/tax-return/help/how-to-download-and-install-lacerte-prep-fil...
