We are new to Lacerte and Intuit Link. I had a default engagement letter already in place in Drake. There does not appear to be one in Intuit Link when I send an electronic organizer. I did a test run and saw a template to make one?

In case you're not aware, Intuit Link does not offer any function for electronic organizers. It is a basic client portal. What you will have by default are a Questionnaire with broad open questions and a Document Checklist which contains a laundry list of documents you can request your client to upload.
