I have a client that needs to haver his returns amended due my errors.
Am I ethically obligated to prepare the amended returns ?
Who could I call to determine this. He is in litigation, I am a witness
In the litigation. He is no longer a client, but he asked me to prepare the
amendments, as I advised him to amend the returns, so does that make him
a client again ? He is a little crazy also
