Oregon's kicker credit is not every year. They got one on the 2017 return filed in 2018 and could get one again for the 2019 return filed in 2020 if there is state surplus. That is why I was asking whether it was for the 2017 tax year.
We are on the same version as Anna and have the 990-N available in Lacerte. We go the IRS route for the 990-N's but I know there are Lacerte preparers on here that use it for the 990-N prep.
