My preorder of 2020 returns is double what I need. I tried to call Intuit to adjust the order but was stuck on hold for almost an hour, then had to take an incoming call. Tried calling them again and was on hold another 40 minutes before I finally gave up.
I can see where I can order more returns and/or change my billing card but not adjust order. Can anyone help?
