No one here can help and this post is not going to anywhere because you must speak with Sales directly.  I called them earlier this morning but it didn't take long for them to pick up (although they still haven't resolved my simple request after the call and another email).

Perhaps try calling them early?  If you need to speak with them, unfortunately, that will mean you have to put up with the hold time (until Intuit decides to invest more in customer support - it's still free to dream the last time I checked).
