LOUISIANA R-6311 AND FOREIGN TAX CREDIT

andrew
Level 3

Louisiana credit for Foreign Taxes paid from the federal return is pushing from the Schedule C to R-6311 (Tax Incentives with Job Creation Components...) and is causing a critical diagnostic. Foreign Tax credit on the state return has no purpose on Work Opportunity Credit and should not direct to the R-6311 form.

Critical Diagnostic #52011 and #52017 and started appearing on March 20, 2019.

Does the diagnostic say e-file in front of it?

If you have satisfied the diagnostic, but it is still appearing, try going through the below article to bypass the erroneous diagnostic
