I was looking at the 2024 Extension Article in Lacerte. Though the tax deadline for most is 04/15 the article has the due date for extensions as 04/18 or later. I called in to Lacerte to mention that they had used the wrong date. After showing them the article and the due date listed and holding 15 minutes, I was told that the 04/18 date is correct. Am I missing something here? I can't find anything that states that.
