Where do we find the interest rates used to fill in this section?

Wow.  That's a really handy publication.  Too bad it hasn't been updated in 18 years!

They usually announce the rates in the second half of the middle month of a quarter.  (So any day now).

Looks like the last two were 11/17/23 and 8/25/23.
