@IRonMaN 👍 in all fairness how many of us have clients with three homes?

All of mine do.

How's my fan club President doing?  Not too busy yet or just stuck in Pub 17?

Sorry, but since they removed the last phone booth in the United States, there are no longer any meeting rooms small enough to properly fit your fan club so the club had to disband.

What happened to your fiduciary responsibility to your high level posiition? You are not doing due diligence to keep it alive. I'm disappointed in you for ignoring  your duties. Have you no loyalty?

@PATAX  I have had clients who are susceptible to time-share sales pitches and have several "third homes," at least for a week or two every year.

Loyalty isn't an issue, but not having fans is a really big issue for a fan club.
