I am aware that I selected the wrong topic. This is not for a tax discussion. I need assistance to contact Smart Vault. I just joined their service and had one 1-hour session. There was a zoom meeting scheduled for today at 6am. I waited for one hour and nothing or no one joined. I have been calling the salesperson because the only number I have and left 3 messages. I cannot schedule another appointment either. Previous to today's drama, I had scheduled an appointment which they cancelled on me yesterday.
So, has anyone else had the same problem. They took my money and left me hanging.
Can intuit get involved.
I would appreciate some assistance.
