Since I don't know the difference between an OW-8-P and an OW-7.999-P, I'm not really sure what we are attaching.  Are we saying we are attaching a pdf?   What kind of error message are you seeing and where are you seeing it?

By the way, congratulations, you have almost made it to the end of tax season.

I called PS support about this since none of the previous community requests were appropriately answered.  PS says the OK OW-8-P is a state issued worksheet (emphasis) therefore it is not eligible for e-filing and must be attached.  The error message should disclose this is a State of OK requirement (not a PS shortfall) so I thought I'd let others know and save the hassle of calling support.
