Refund Payments due

Is there a place in Proseries Professional where a client can pay with their account for their amount due? or at least set up payments

Your question says Refund Payments due, so I'm a bit confused, but do you mean to  pay the IRS or state tax balance due?   

Yes, on the federal information worksheet, about 2/3 of the way down the page you can set up the bank account for electronic debit and input a date for withdrawal. 

The bank info should auto populate on the state return on its information worksheet, and you would set the state auto debit date there.
