When will 990ez become available to install

And maybe one of these days they will actually show the expected 990 release date.  It seems like the 990 release date gets later and later each year.

990 module is usually one of the last to be released. I would expect the wait a couple of months or so. Returns usually not due till May 15th for calendar year anyways.
