I have a client that wanted to do pay by refund. I am using Refund Advantage, and her application did no get submitted to them. Her return was completed and accepted by IRS on 1/28/22 She is doing Direct Deposit. Can someone please help, I am afraid that her refund will not be put in her bank account, My client list says that she is doing PBR and it shows that it is Refund Advantage.
