The 2020 change in ProSeries to Schedule D Entry is awful

I believe Intuit has intentionally done this to promote TurboTax.

- Tax import from financial institution doesn't work. It works for Turbo tax (with same code base as proseries). Every year this starts working in April (very late for us to use)

- Earlier year I used to report bulk stocks on box A thru F by selecting long/short term and  keeping "StartDate" & "End Date" empty. With the new interface it doesn't work.  I'm basically handicapped for 50% of my customers. I don't have the time to enter 100 entries of stocks manually.

Support is very bad. They don't understand anything.

Could you please disable the Error check for "Sale Date" & "Start Date", when box-A is already chosen. IRS doesn't require these information if Box-?? is chosen.

I agree with you & I do believe they understand completely what they are doing.  Promote Turbo Tax, take our clients & put us out of business.  Conflict of interest.
