This is really frustrating. I don't know what to do. The Community Forum is good, but sometimes when things don't work you really need to talk to a specialist to talk and work through it on the phone. I am at a standstill at this time.

As for Quickbooks, I am tearing my hair out right now with dealing with a credit card fee overcharge. After about an hour of trying to figure out how to contact them, I've been on chat now for 1 hour and 41 minutes. Just to try to fix an overcharge.
