Pennsylvania Approtionment Issue

I have clients who live in Nevada but have rental property in CA and PA so they have to file those state returns. The spouse also has a schedule C but doesn't do business in either CA or PA. For PA, I checked the box on schedule E (in the state return) to mark that the CA property is not located in PA, however, it's still showing up on form PA-40. How do I make it not show up? I also cannot figure out how to get her schedule c income not to show up on PA-40. Please advise.

Did you use the allocation worksheet at the bottom of the info worksheet?
