Hi. None of my Intuit products will download from the Intuit Download Product Site. Fixed Asset Manager would not allow me to enter a disposal date. So I uninstalled the product. When I went to my products, all of my products were posted. However, when I went to download a product (FAMWIN21), a progress wheel spun for less than a second and that was the end. It repeated this over and over. Yes all QB and ProSeries products were closed. I rebooted to make sure no Intuit apps were open. Still the same problem. Fixed Asset Manager has a LOT of issues. It's a fairly new product (maybe 9-10 years) but it still seems somewhat archaic. Like QB online. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I don't want to spend an hour on the phone contacting ProSeries support. Thank you!
