Has anyone else had an issue with the Client Letter printing wrong information that does correspond to the actual tax return?
The letter prints a ridiculous balance due with estimates, but the actual NJ tax return shows a small balance due or even a refund.
You have to get out of the client & go back in, then the letter is correct.
Strange to say the least!!
