Amend the return HE filed, because it was wrong.  Sch C are not separate entities.

"what can i do ?"

Sign up for some continuing educational classes about how tax returns work.

If you have to ask this question, you should NOT be soliciting your services as a professional tax preparer.

"Soliciting" sounds so dirty.  How about just sticking to W-2 returns?

I'm hoping this was just a TurboTax user that's trying to pretend to be a tax professional to ask this question....if not, it kind of pisses me off.

Folks just need to stay within their comfort area and not venture off into tax areas they are unfamiliar with.  Personally, I don't touch estate returns.  Unfortunately, based on some of the questions that I have seen here over the years, for some folks their comfort area is pretty much limited to greeting people when they come through the door :worried::worried:

I was trying the "kinder & gentler" approach, since it indicates the OP uses PS.
But I agree, a "tax pro" needing to even ask this question is a bit scary.

Early in my career I would take on stuff I probably should not have. Young and dumb, I guess.

@mayberryrfd - you DO have to admit it's a very, very basic concept of individual tax prep.

If your Client filed their own tax return, you need to Amend it, so that you can include their Sched C. If you filed their tax return, you Forgot their Sched C, so it seems you need to amend this at your cost.
