Folks just need to stay within their comfort area and not venture off into tax areas they are unfamiliar with. Personally, I don't touch estate returns. Unfortunately, based on some of the questions that I have seen here over the years, for some folks their comfort area is pretty much limited to greeting people when they come through the door
