K-1 form 1065, if entry is in box 1 and box 2, we must report on two different K-1 worksheets. Is there an easier way to create two worksheets with the same information?

You need 2 worksheets.  No automatic way to make a duplicate.

Wish there was an easy way to duplicate a K1 - would be great for the situation you described and when H&W are both members of 1065 or shareholders of 1120S.     Is the need for two K1s when line 1 and 2 have info a ProSeries requirement or do other programs require the same?  🤔

makes them hard to tell whos is what from the forms in use list....I usually customize the name to
Company name - TP Box 1
Company name - TP Box 2
Company name - SP Box 1
etc.
