There are usually 2 forms (green and blue forms) one is pension type (use 1099R worksheet) and the other is social security type (you enter on the social security worksheet)   There are special lines under the normal entry area for 1099-SSA for this info and it acts like the social security which should be partly tax-free.  Our software does a good job with this
