Can I install ProSeries 2018 or 2019 on One Drive? I'd like to be able to start a return in my office and complete it at home.

Hosting on One Drive is not supported officially by Intuit.  You may like to consider this official solution instead: https://proconnect.intuit.com/proseries/hosting/

Unofficially, if you must host PS on One Drive or other cloud storage, you need to be able to map it as a local/network drive and consider performance issues over the web.  You may take a look at WebDrive, which is proprietary, or MountainDuck, which is open source.  WebDrive is more mature relative to Mountain Duck.

Since MS holds the encryption key to One Drive, you should also consider encrypting data you store on One Drive with your own key.

If you decide to host PS on One Drive using this setup, you should be aware that Intuit will not be able to support you in case you run into problems.

Im guessing you wouldn't install the actual program on one drive, you'd install the actual programs on each computer, but  maybe you could store the client data files there?
