I updated Installed Products but I am unable to file the client's Federal and California State Tax returns. How can I correct this?

This is NOT direct program support for ProSeries.   This is a group of tax professionals that use ProSeries and help each other by answering questions on this forum.    If you want to talk to support you will need to call them.     Otherwise, type out a detailed description of your problem to see if one of us can help you.

I think you may be on the wrong forum... This forum is for paid tax return preparers who use Pro Series professional ..... good luck...
