I need to report the sale of 3 lots that were inherited in 2012 and sold in 2022. Is this sale reported on disposition worksheet with A as property type?

I would use the 1099B worksheet. Check the "Transactions were not reported to IRS" box (if True). Then enter the relative information. It should be a code F.

Yep, 1099B worksheet, use Inherited as the Acquired Date and it will automatically make it Long Term
