I have paid for unlimited federal and state individual returns. The program refuses to add another state. What are my options?

You go up to the top menu bar and choose Update > Select and Download New Products, choose the states you want...do they download and install? Or is that where the issue begins?

I an licensed for 4 states. I unchecked the states 2 of the states and added 2 as replacement. Then I updated and installed with the 4 states.

When I try to print the new state that I added, it is still says the state I am printing is not included in the 4 states and is asking me to pay.

What do I do?
