Has anyone been successful in obtaining esignature for business returns? This is an ongoing issue for several years but around half of business returns fail authentication. I've spoken with Proseries numerous times the last several years and I get conflicting answers as to which information to use. I've been told its the business address and EIN but individual name or personal info by other customer support. If you have figured out what causes this I'd love to hear. It is a waste of time to call support or keep sending esignatures when they fail.
