I signed up for 4 hours at WebCE and used a coupon code of XB6BX to get $5 off. I just used 2 hours for this year and set up a reminder to use the other 2 hours early next year. CPAAcademy used to have free, but I only see fee ones now.

Yes - many say free registration then you have to pay to actually view the webinar
