Where do I enter the foreign tax paid? On dividend income of $5000 (Canada)

Is it on a 1099DIV?  Double click in the Dividend entry line and a second worksheet appears, scroll down to the bottom for foreign tax paid.

If it qualifies, I just enter it on the 1040 schedule 3, but I'm lazy. 😁
