On Form 1065 on the individual partner's K1 line 19 distribution under code A includes cash and marketable securities. How do you get the marketable securities to add to the cash to CODE A line 19?? This is a stock club with no liabilties and assets consisting of only stocks and cash so the indvidual partners cost basis in the distributed stocks is the purchase price.
