I completed a return and went to Request Esignatures. The EF Center reads "View Dashboard" under eSignature. However, i have not yet created the eSignature envelope for this client. When I go to the eSignature dashboard he does not appear in that list either.
Any suggestions on getting around this so i can send the eSignature envelope to be signed?
