Anyone else having a lot of issues with eSignature? Been using it for many years now and for some reason very few of them have been successful this year. I have given up trying. Same people who have done them in past years but this year, they can't get past the questions. Just wondering, if it's possible to get a refund? Also, is there an alternative way of doing it for the future?
