I am getting an error message telling me that the selected return was not successfully converted for electronic filing. Open return, correct any errors for final review and reconvert.
I have no new updates and no errors in my final review.
Any suggestions?

I found the answer with no help from Proseries.
If you go into Tools / Options and Firm Preparer Info and check the box PTIN verified correct. That should correct the problem. Hope this helps
