Efile no

I e-filed two returns on January 30 2023 (one for 2021 and one for 2022). And so far there is no e-file acknowledgment, that is whenever I click on update file status link it says sent to IRS. Contacted proseries support and I was told there is record of those returns having been received by intuit. What's wrong? Is there a way around this issue?

Make sure you updated the prior year software.  There was a schema issue due to an IRS change to prior years that Intuit had to re-program.

Altho if you were actually able to efile, I wouldn't think that's the problem

There was a weird IRS rejection issue that was happening with some prior year returns, its possible rather than rejecting theyre holding these until it can be rectified?
