I have updated software. Reopened the return. Tried to reconvert. Other things have processed through. I cannot get this 1040 through e-filing....
Have you tried highlighting the return in the EF homebase and then clicked on "update acknowledgements" through the e-file button.
I just did. Same lack of progress.
Anything unusual on the return?
Yes, good question. The spouse died in 2021.
That isn't unusual enough for Intuit to be holding it.
