According to this link, the D-30 Business Franchise tax return has been finalized in ProSeries and is ready to print.
However, every time I try to print it, I get the error message that the file is not ready to print because this form has not been finalized.
What gives?

Never mind. After running the updates a second time, the problem is resolved.
